One cook, a borrowed dream, and a taco stand by the sea.
Pancho Munoz left Mexicali for Los Angeles, fell for the food, and drove to Florida on a whim to open a taco stand. Chile Caliente became Taco Ardiente became, finally, his own — Taco Pancho.
